| Tutorial System |
| A group of 15 students will be assigned to a teaching staff who will be a tutor in charge of the group. Each group tutor will monitor the progress of the students under his charge. Tutorial group meetings will be held regularly. |
| Working days and Class hours |
| The College works under the full day system with two sessions. Regular working time for the students comprises of a morning session of three consecutive hours and on the afternoon session of three hours. There will be a noon interval of one hour between the two sessions. The morning session is from 9.30 am to 12.30 pm and the afternoon session is from 1.30 pm to 4.30 pm |
| Attendance and leave of absence | |
| (1) | Attendance will be taken at the beginning of each period |
| (2) | Students are not allowed to leave a class without the permission of the teacher |
| (3) | Absence during a period is treated as absence from a session and absence from two periods from two sessions is as absence for the whole day. |
| (4) | Absence of a student without leave for more than 15 consecutive working days will entail removal of his/her name from the rolls. |
| (5) | Leave application shall be submitted to the Principal duly recommended by the class teacher |
| (6) | Leave on health grounds shall be supported by the Medical Certificate. |
| (7) | Those who absent from test paper/ terminal examination/model examination/seminars /college activities shall be liable to disciplinary actions. |
| (8) | Attendance is compulsory during teaching practice period. |
| (9) | Terminal attendance will be published. Complaints shall be submitted to the Principal in writing. |
| Refund of caution deposit | |
| 1. | After the completion of the course, Caution Deposit will be refunded on receipt of application in the prescribed form. |
| 2. | Caution Deposit will be refunded only on production of fee receipts and identity card. |
